I've worked for many years as a freelance script developer in London, both for studio theatres and in the West End. I get a huge amount of satisfaction out of working with first time and early career playwrights. 

For the last ten years I have been reading for Sonia Friedman Productions (Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Jerusalem, and a thousand other things...). Before that I was the Literary Associate for Soho Theatre (who produced Fleabag). For the last decade I have been constantly working with playwrights as a director and developer, which you can read about in the testimonials below. I recently worked with Lin Coghlan and Shaun Mckenna to develop The Forsyte Saga for The Royal Shakespeare Company.
